Aysajan Eziz is a renowned data science and machine learning instructor, leveraging his extensive academic background as an Assistant Professor at Ivey Business School, Western University, Canada. With a master's degree in statistics and a PhD in Operations Research from Washington State University, Aysajan excels in probability, statistics, and data analytics. Since 2018, he has been dedicated to educating aspiring data scientists through his engaging instruction in various data science and business analytics courses at Ivey.

Mutallip Anwar is an applied linguist and a lecturer at Stanford University. He earned his PhD in applied linguistics from the University of Washington, Seattle, and currently teaches classes that focus on the intersection of technology and society, exploring how we can leverage interdisciplinary approaches to address some of the most pressing challenges of our time. As a firm believer in the transformative power of education and technology, Mutallip co-founded Metrica, a data science bootcamp designed to inspire and empower individuals to pursue careers in this rapidly-growing field.

Co-Founder, Data Scientist

Erpan Arkin is a Senior Data Scientist at Optum, a division of UnitedHealth Group. He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, and has conducted postdoctoral research at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where he focused on applying Recurrent Neural Networks to analyze experiential data on Lithium-Ion Batteries. Passionate about teaching, Erpan co-founded Metrica to inspire and educate individuals in the fields of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. With his extensive industrial experience, he is dedicated to cultivating talent and empowering individuals to apply AI to solve challenging problems and contribute to the betterment of humanity. Beyond his professional pursuits, Erpan is an avid soccer player and enjoys coaching kids. He is also a passionate music lover and proficiently plays five different musical instruments.

Co-Founder, Data Engineer

Yasin Mamat is a data engineer with several years of working experience in companies including Facebook and Black Knight. Prior to working in industry, he conducted research at Stanford University where he applied machine learning to material science as part of his postdoctoral research. Now, His primary passion lies in building scalable and resilient data architecture and data pipelines. He studied physics in various countries including China, Italy and Ireland and now based in the SF Bay Area in US. Outside of his work, his hobbies include hiking and travel.
